Battery temperature

Dear Forum!

I have added the Batterytemperature Sensor to my ESS. (As provided with the MPII in the package)
Also connected it and activated everything in DVCC. Also I can see it in VRM.

But how, and where, do i set that the charging of my Batteries is stopped if below 5°C or above 40°C (dumb batterys, with external non communication BMS)

Sincerely.

Charger tab on VEConfig.

You need to have firmware 489 or higher and have the battery type set to Lithium.

I'm sorry. I missed the above 40°C part. To my knowledge, what you want isn't offered.

If you had a BMV-7X2, you could use the control relay to signal the inverter to stop charging.

You might want to look into the charge current control assistant. You would need a temp sensor connected to the MP.
