Stab in the dark: Is it in any way possible to configure a Cerbo's 3.3V DI pins as 3.3V Digital Output pins?

Cerbo Digital Inputs as Outputs?
No standard settings for this.
You might be able to reconfigure the GPIO pins is you dig deep into the OS.
There is also the a resistor network between the pin and the outside world, so even if the pin was configured as an output, you'd not get the 0V - 3V3 at the output.
If I remember correctly, the inputs as they are have a 10K pull up to 3V3.
