Multi rs 48/6000 do not close AC in relay

Hi all. I have a problem connecting the Multi RS 48/6000 to the mains. My system consists of car lithium-ion batteries from Leaf, also 4 solar panels connected in series. The problem is that the Multi RS does not want to close the input relay. What is connected to the AC IN? Grid or a generator?

Why is your ground relay disabled? It would be a very unusual and specific case for this.

Can you show us your Aux Input settings please?

At the moment, there is no grounding on the home side, but a jumper has been made between neutral and grounding
