Integrate SolarLog Logger as modbus-tcp client

Hi there,

I have a SolarLog Datalogger which offers a modbus-tcp interface. I want to integrate this to have my pv generator values inside venus.

see last Post for code.

yeah, it works...
PV-Power is now coming from the Solarlog500 Logger.
just cleaning up and optimizing a few things the i post it on github

I modified the code from https://github.com/kaeferfreund/dbus-kostal
