Since there are quite some users here that are running older versions of Safari and cannot upgrade, we implemented a solution that should also work now on slightly older versions of browsers.
Please let us know if VRM works again for you.

I'm (still) unable to run VRM Portal on my (old) iPad 4 with iOS 10.3.4 . Just an empty page.... Are there any updates / ideas how to run VRM Portal? Many Thanks in advance, Gerald
Hi @-Ed- thanks for your specific reply - so that means no matter what browser I use it will not work, because I cannot change (upgrade) the iOS Version, right? mmhh doesn't look very promising, just doesn't want to throw away my iPad .... no chance at all? ;-)
Hi @GeraldB , on IOS12, both the VRM app and the Safari browser still work, but, neither work on IOS10, so I think IOS10 is useless for VRM even though the IOS10 equipment may still works for other things, like music, phone calls, video calls, etc. I would also think that older IOS are unsafe for internet browsing.
