Easysolar not diconnecting my system when the batteris are low.

My solar system is EasySolar24/1600 and BMV-700.
However, last week the batteries went down to %0 (because the solar panels got disconnected by accident for 2 days).
My understanding was that the Easy Solar need to disconnect the system at factory setting to protect the batteries from ever going down to %0.
Any thoughts on what is wrong here ?
Thank you very much

What values have you programmed the Multiplus regarding low battery shutdown?

Note, the Soc in the above shot refers to the multiplus's calculated Soc, not the BMV readings.

The unit was programed by a friend, who is not available to contact now.

Unless you can find someone else to help, you must monitor manually. But also look at loads connected direct to the battery.
