App not reconnecting after overload, system working though.

Our system overloaded during a gris power outage 2 days ago. It came back on and seems to be working but the VRM app still shows data from 2 days ago. It hasn't updated. This doesn't happen if there's no grid failure. It happened last year but corrected when we removed the Venus. We haven't reconnected the Venus for this reason.

Have you tried the connection troubleshooting section of the manual?
