Do you have a battery connected to the multi?

HMmmm.

If the multi has 12 (24?)v at its input terminals, and is switched on, it should work / green led.

Disconnect any thing plugged into the VE bus ports.

Other than checking you have 27v at both sides if the fuse, I am out of ideas.

No voltage either side of the fuse??

You seem to have a bad connection between the battery and multiplus.

@philippe GONIN if your fuse is blown, you will have 27v one side and 0v the other side.

0v each side seems to be a problem before the fuse.

Check your wiring between the battery and inverter, on both neg and pos wiring.

Is the MultiPlus switched to ON, not charger-only?

Is the wire bridge in the remote connection? Any remote panels connected? Anything else that could control the MultiPlus?

DC voltage is at the battery terminals of the MultiPlus?

yes the wire bridge is present

leds are off with or without panels

the victronconnect app and voltmeter mesure show 27.4 V at the DC entry of the Multiplus

VictronConnect app? So you have a VE.Bus Smart Dongle?

Is the Multi switched to ON in the app?

What other components do you have?

VICTRONconnect app is for the mppt but we can see voltage batteries on it

i don't have VE bus smart dongle

i have no voltage in the inside fuse when switch is on, does it mean tht fuse is KO even if it seem clean ?
