Two quattro's in parallel and 3-multiplus in 3-phase

Hi,

I have 2x Quattro (2x15000) in parallel and would like to install 3x Multiplus 5000 in 3-phase.

This to seperate my house (Connected to the Quattro) and my utility shop (3-phase mulitplus).

Can I connect these two setups to the same battery pack (BYD BMS lithium)?

Can anyone give me some advise if this is possible or not?

Thank you

@Jean-Paul

It is not a supported setup. It is possible but complex.

Ideally you want two separate banks for a number of reasons. and this list is not comprehensive. Current sharing problems along with bms sizing and bank capabilities. You are talking 45kva here with potential for 100% overload draw. Then there is the SOC problems you get monitoring consumption on two systems off one bank.

You will need speparate GXs for the two systems in anycase. So it is almost two. May as well do it properly.

The potential for bad things is so much higher and instead of saving money you may end up with the opposite.
