Serial number of the Smartsolar is HQ1739YD7RS
VE networks use either a normal LAN cable or ve direct cable, depending on the network. The photo shows a white VE direct socket bottom left. Also two VE bus green sockets. These use normal LAN cables, which must be fully wired, some aren't. There should be an RJ45 socket on the MPPT
The smart battery sense/MPPT connection is bluetooth, pairing usually defaults to 000000 (six zeroes)
The question is about the VE Smart Network (via Bluetooth)
