Is the BMV-712 able to provide voltage and temperature meassurements to the Victron MPPT Solar Charger or I also need a Smart Battery Sense?
Will the Cerbo GX connect with the Smart Battery Sense too?

Smart Battery Sense or BMV-712?
The bmv can do temperature if the temperature sensor is connected and can then be Smart Networked.
The Cerbo cannot be used if you are smart networking, it is a known limitation.
The smart battery sense will work well with both the bmv and the mppt, but not needed in a system with a GX.
but in a system with a smartsolar mppt controller and a smart battery sensor connected to the mppt controller, don't the mppt controller send to the cerbo gx the battery voltage and temperature?
No as the smart network cannot be used at the same time as having a gx in the system. It is listed as a limitation in the link in the previous answer.

You can add a temperature sensor directly to the Cerbo.
But if i have the SmatSolar mppt and the Cerbo GX, is it better to attach the temperature sensor to the mppt conteoller or to the cerbo Gx?
What are you trying to achieve with the temperature measurement?
i unserstood that mppt regulator performs better if batteri temperature is know.
I have read several of your questions being asked.
If you get an easy solar or any inverter they come with temperature sensors that you install on the batteries. Once you decide what you want from your system and choose your system components it will be easier to set up and the system as a while will take care of the batteries you program it for.
Rather than how you are doing it now.
Add a gx and all the information from all the components is brought together, including temperature.
Following on from this, If you have GX device configured does that manage synchronised charging between mppts. Rather than using VE Smart Network
For Example BMV-712 with Temperature sensor, SmartSolar MPPT 100/30 and SmartSolar MPPT 100/20
