does anyone have this kind of manual for the non smart Victron batteries?

The old ones are the same just without Bluetooth. So you can use that manual.

How to check individual cell voltage for each cell? Any special BMS that makes more sense to use with the old type of batteries that can reand and measure the cell voltage?

There is no way to read/measure the cell voltages with the old batteries.
The only way would be to open up the battery to access the cells directly.

Any Victron BMS will work with this batteries the "communication" between battery and BMS is still the same.
None of the Victron BMS will give you the ability to read the cell voltages.
