VE.Bus System [261] on VRM

can anyone shed some light on this error? seems to only happen in the twilight around 7pm and dusk at 5:30am

multi-plus 2 , byd b-box 5kw , MPPT 150/70 , Fronius 3kw in parallel with grid meter

I have tried to look for the error code ,I assume that's what the number beside it means?

261 is not an error code, it is the Device Instance or Device ID if you like.

You need to check what alarm rules you have set up which are generating these alarms.
Go Setting -> Alarm Rules to see what you have set up for your site.

but why the warning?

The warning was a low battery warning.

But it seems to be a mistake, I can't see anything that would have triggered it, battery voltages, loads and states of charge are all normal and consistent before, during and after.

It had no impact on the system, and corrected itself.

Was there a local alarm on the CCGX?

Without us being able to see your alarm rules, we cannot say.
It depends upon what the alarm is pertaining to. Eg. Temperature is one of the ones that has "Alarm", "Warning" and "OK" levels.
