SmartSolar 75/15 not showing in app after firmware update

Hi everyone,

I opened the app today to check the solar and it asked me to perform a firmware update, which I did. All seemed ok, now when I try and access it, it doesn't show up, and the blue blinking light has gone.

Anyone got any ideas what's happened.

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

I have a similar problem, and after I removed it from the site and tested it at home it connected but struggle to connect. It gets to the point where it says fetching data and then starts over with connecting... After a long time, it connects a very long time and sometimes nothing.

Hi Jamie,

Thats strange, have you already tried to power cycle the smart solar charger? Make sure to disconnect all wires.
