COLOR CONTROL GX

Tengo un color control HQ1521C6YMN

que todo el tiempo se reinicia ( se apaga y se prende automáticamente y no funcionan sus teclas).

hay una manera para resetearlo o que solucion se podría hacer.

Has mirado si tiene algún agujero en el que ponga reset. Al estilo de los routers y demás aparatos.
