Multiplus 2 not providing output

Multiplus 2 out of the box

Prigrammed fir South African grid

Sees 230vac on laptop display

Nothing at the terminals

Connected ac and relay chatters and stops

Inverter light on

Mains light stays off

Double checked earth connection to terminals

Checked phases and earth from supply

While you wait for a qualified installer, both AC1 & AC2 are dead? AC2 only functions for critical loads when there is mains. The power switch is in which position e.g. inverter & charger or inverter only. Do you have batteries connected?
