Pylontech Shared Temperature Sense Setting

Hi,

on Pylontech Page is written, that only Shared Voltage Sense (SVS) has to be turned off. (https://www.victronenergy.com/live/battery_compatibility:pylontech_phantom#venus-device_settings)

On Color GX Page SVS and STS has to be off. (https://www.victronenergy.com/live/ccgx:start#introduction_and_features)

If i disable STS, the Multiplus will get the wrong battery temperature. This can be shown via Modbus or VRM. If i enable STS, the Multiplus shows the same Temperate as Pylontech BMS is reporting.

Now i have set it like this:

What is the correct STS setting?

Thanks a lot!

Temperature sense is not used for lithium batteries, only for adjusting charge voltage when using lead-acid batteries.

With Pylontech batteries, the bms controls the charge voltage.

Thanks. That makes sense! But if i enable it with lithium batteries, then it should note result in problems right?
