BMS 12/200 with 150A alternator / LFP Smart 12/150 fusing

Good day everybody

Q1: BMS 12/200 taking care of 4 x LFP Smart 12/150 battery bank. Input on AB side is limited to 100A max, there is 150A alternator on board. Option 1 - connect like that and use max 80A out of 150A available from the alernator? Option 2 - connect alternator to LD port parallel to MultiPlus(s) on that side? Is there 3rd option, e.g use 2 x BMS or similar to utilize max available power from alternator.

Q2: Each LFP Smart 12/150 has to be fused according to the installation manual. But there is no fuse ratings listed. Any recomendation or to be calculated by the max load?

Thanks

Hi Peter, Please do a wiring diagram of how you think it should be setup and what fuses you think you would need including the size of all loads and then we can help you out.

this is a installation setup question and you should be using a experienced installer as they will know whats needed etc etc
